The Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire, Mr Edward Harley CBE, congratulates the Herefordshire residents recognised in His Majesty The King's New Year’s Honours 2026.

• Roger Phillips JP was appointed an OBE for services to the
  community in Herefordshire. 
• Ian Todd was appointed an OBE for Parliamentary and Public Service. 
• Dean Davies was appointed an MBE for for services to Defence
• Jocelyn Finnigan was appointed an MBE for services to Heritage and Charity. 
• Phillip Edwards was appointed a BEM for services to public spaces in Hereford.
• Dorothy Pullen was appointed a BEM for services to Military personnel.
