His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire, Mr Edward Harley CBE, attended the Licensing of The Revd Paul Roberts as Team Vicar of the West Hereford Team Ministry at All Saints Church, Hereford, on Thursday 3 September 2026.
